Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with the your item purchased we are here to help. If the Item is faulty after receiving it, you have 28days after your purchase to make us aware of the fault. To be eligible for your return the item must be unused and in the condition you received it in, your item must be in the original packaging that you received it in. Your item needs to have receipt of proof of purchase.

Refunds

You have to notify us within 14 days of the purchase of your Item and return in within a further 14 day period. Once we have received your item ,we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved ,we will initiate a refund to you credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days ,depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
